LEED EB Project Consulting

B&B does this in a cost-effective manner making your certification go smoothly and with urgency. B&B LEED APs become apart of your team assisting you in achieving your project goals. When working with one of our Project Managers, you will earn a LEED credit.
Energy Star Performance Ratings *(if available for your building type)
The Energy Star® label communicates energy efficiency achievements to executive management, customers and stockholders. B&B believes businesses benefit financially by continually improving their management of energy resources. We are proud to offer services and products that can assist businesses who have committed to the goals of ENERGY STAR. B&B professionals utilize EPA software to determine the performance rating for your building so that you may qualify for the Energy Star label. For clients seeking LEED-EB certification, an Energy Star performance rating is required for Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 2, as well as, credit potential for EA Credit 1: Optimize Energy Efficiency Performance.
Energy Benchmarking
In keeping with the old management adage you can’t manage what you don’t measure, the first step in understanding the energy efficiency of your building is to determine your buildings performance. The energy audits performed by B&B energy specialist are based on standards developed by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). B&B energy specialist perform ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits. For clients seeking LEED-EB certification, an ASHRAE Level I audit is required for the Energy & Atmosphere Prerequisite 1. An ASHRAE Level 2 audit satisfies Energy & Atmosphere Credit 2.1 Option 2, and is good for 2 points.
